Maybe, but it could be actually seeing the forest despite the trees........

Or it could just be focusing on important issues right now. I'd say maybe in a few years when the economy is hopefully in better shape and the occupation in Iraq is mostly over..he might do it, hopefully. Right now he has too much on his plate.
